Hello, my name is Bivi. Welcome to my commission site!
Please read the Terms of Service below before requesting a commission to avoid any troubles that might happen.
Currently, prices are lowered. Discount will be held until a certain amount of samples are reached.

Terms of Service
- Requesting a Commission -
Commission will be accepted through e-mail only.
Please fill up the request form provided by the form page.
If you have any questions, contact me through e-mail or DMs.
After the form is checked, invoice letter will be sent to the commissioner.
- Payments -
Payment are only accepted through PayPal. (USD)
Commission will be started after a full payment.
When the form is checked by the artist, invoice will be sent through email.
If artist didn't receive the payment within 1 week, the commission will be canceled.
Additional fee can be charged depending on the difficulty of the commission.
Commissioner/Artist must not share their personal/contact details with third parties.
- Deadline -
All commissions will be done maximum of 3 weeks after the payment.
Some commissions might take longer depending on their complexity
- During Commission -
Work-in-Progress image will be sent in middle of the commission.
Correction and changes can be requested up to 2 times.
Additional fee can be required for more changes.
- Copyrights -
Copyright of all commissioned work belongs to Bivi (@thisisbivi).
Finished work can be used for personal use only.
For commercial use, it would be x3 for the price.
Commissioner can post a finished work if desired to.
Commissioner should not claim it self as an artist of the artwork.
Finished artwork can be used in artist's portfolio.
Private commissions will have charged with additional fee. ($10)
- Refunds -
Due to the tax fee in Paypal, artist does not do refunds.
However, if artist passed the deadline of the commission, commissioner can ask for a refund.
